Far from fluent but I am learning it with my son. It has basically all the same words as English. It is considered its own language though so not everything translates. Not sure how factual this is but I read a lot of deaf people read english at around a 3rd grade level. English is a second language to them. Body language and facial expression is a big part of it, almost like using voice inflection.
