How do they reimburse for home internet use. I will tell you the school will not be doing that for me.

I've worked from home going on 5 years now with just recently this push to get me into an office that's an hour commute each way because they're paying for space in a building that no one comes in to. They just sell it as greater internal collaboration and networking opportunities!!

My company, based in CA, hard vets work from home. Has to be ergonomic, low distraction, etc. They'll even tour your place before signing off. It's not like companies don't have years of research on working from home already.

Also, if everyone's remote, why do I need to hire residents for my company in Ditka, IL when I can just hire from any specialized workforce saturations across the nation?

There's a lot more that goes into it I'm sure.
