I was in the Air Force on flight status. I knew many who died in plane crashes/accidents. My roommate in flight training was killed in an F15E accident. He left behind a wife and kids. Buried in Arlington.

ETA - He was from Lee's Summit (I believe.) He was a Chiefs fan too.

The first link is a picture of Dennis and a short description of his position/unit etc. The second link has a video where the pilot describes what occurred in the crash that killed Dennis.
