Cheese is dish specific for me.

I'm not going to be out there buying blocks of cheese and just slicing pieces off to snack on. And I'm for damn sure not going to be one of those cheese connoisseur's that sit there and dream about the perfect moldy cheese and orgasm when it hits their tongue.
