Without 103, I wouldn't be surprised if they took him instead of Williams at 94. In fact, I'm pretty sure I'd be surprised if they didn't.
In year one, Austin is probably a return specialist with a handful of offensive plays in a package. The idea being, I suppose, that next year you let Hardman walk and Austin is the new Hardman/Hill midget speed merchant.

I don't hate the idea.
