It’s not weird at all.

It’s being able to think objectively and not emotionally. It’s not being frazzled in a fast-moving environment. It’s being able to see through the noise and recognize the bigger picture rather than running around like a little girl who lost her mommy at the mall.

I think on a board dominated by male ego the above would be traits we’d all agree are commendable and I think there’s some overlap there with bravery. But it’s just fascinating that the same little bitches continue to devolve in the same way each and every week like they’re unable to effectively process things.
