In other words, during the season, the Chiefs were not good enough to be in the Super Bowl. I'd say he had an argument based on some of the insane crap we saw out of this team regarding penalties and drops. That team did not look like a SuperBowl team, at least on offense.

But obviously they were more than good enough. I'd have to see the whole exchange.

Yeah, seems like it was conveniently cut off at a point where he may have explained himself better... I feel like what people really mean is they weren't sexy enough this season, which is strange coming from a defensive player who should be able to identify elite defense.

Their one big weakness from the regular season went away because guys were predictably benched and Rice added a 2nd major threat in the passing game... besides a true/reliable deep threat (more sexyness), not sure what else you'd demand of a SB caliber team.
