Several things can be true at once. They need a playmaker on offense and they need a tackle. It has been true since Hill left. Is DK still that? They have Worthy but they need a bonafide WR1. Rice... who knows what he is after his injury and he has a suspension coming I don't think he can be counted on to contribute.
