Hitting the Quarterback.
I recently got into a discussioin with another football fan about all the penalties for hitting the QB in the head, or leading with the helmet, or following through after he throws.
The way it is now, it is not fair to the defenders rushing the passer. They must rush, rush hard and with vengence just to get there. The only way to make this thing fair at this point is to just make it two hand touch if the QB is in the pocket, that way they won't be trying to hit him at all.
