If you could change one thing in any given sport what would it be?

After much consideration, I submit this concept for the game of professional football.

When and if the quarterback points across the line of scrimmage, moves after taking a static position at center or in the shotgun formation, waves his arms wildly, twists, whirls, bends, turns, spins, rotates, and/or shakes his body in an odd or strange way as interpreted by the referee, the opposing team’s captains have the option to take the player at the 50 yard line, remove the player's pants and spank his a$$ soundly for a period of ten minutes.
