Yep, I remember from reading some posts over at WPI after the first cuts to 75. In the sticky that Nick started he stated that we were at 77 and needed to make 2 more moves before we got down to the limit by 3pm the next day.
Later that evening when I printed them off, Welbourn was not on the roster, thus he was either released or placed on reserve retired ( if he did that they didn't make a spot for it on the roster, he was just gone, not sure what's official there) and Roaf was at the bottom on RDNR with the 2 pup guys. Maybe they were redoing it today when you looked to add the IR guys with Browning and Hodge.
