"You Know"
Watching the Leinart post-game conference got me thinking... What is it with athletes and the phrase "you know"? It's like the new "ummm" or "like" for the new generation. It's so automatic with so many players nowadays. When you pay attention to it, it gets extremely irritating, you know?
I remember when Beltran was still in KC, and in his post game interviews "You know" made up literally two out of every three words. Wha the heck, huh? |
