I think Herm made a couple of mistakes. Solari as his O coach? Stupid! We should've won Denver @ Denver bad play calling. Cincy same thing. Last but not least Cleveland loss to a QB who nobody wants to blitz because God knows? There you have it 3 reasons why Herm needs to go. He did not surround himself with good assistants, which in turn cost the Chiefs 3 games this year. We should be in the playoffs. Coach IMO is to be held responsible, that's what he gets paid to do.
