An interesting story about CIA prisoners in China.
Way, way long story, and it's from the CIA web site and is so obviously full of propaganda that it makes me want to cut their budget, but it's interesting nonetheless.
Reader's Digest Summary: Two CIA agents got shot down flying a secret mission over China in 1952. They were in a Chinese prison for roughly two decades before being released. Yeesh. That would have to be a downer. https://www.cia.gov/library/center-f...952201373.html |
