More guys going pro

AUBURN: DT Pat Sims will not return, deciding to enter the NFL Draft. Sims was a first-team All-SEC pick this season after making 11.5 tackles for loss and 4.5 sacks.

MICHIGAN: WRs Mario Manningham and Adrian Arrington will skip their senior seasons and QB Ryan Mallett will transfer, according to coach Rich Rodriguez. "Those are the indications I've gotten," Rodriguez told the AP. "I've talked to all three at various times recently. I talked to Adrian today, and he told me he's leaning toward going pro."

RUTGERS: Ray Rice will skip his senior year to enter the NFL Draft. Rice leaves Rutgers with numerous records, including career yards rushing (4,926), career rushing touchdowns (49) and yards rushing in a season (2,012) and game (280).

FLORIDA STATE: An FSU official confirmed Tuesday that junior linebacker Geno Hayes -- the lone Seminole this season to be named first-team all-Atlantic Coast Conference -- is not enrolled in school for the spring semester. Hayes has until midnight Thursday to re-enroll, but his absence from class is a strong indication that he will forgo his final season of eligibility and enter the NFL draft. Hayes again made headlines days before the Seminoles' game at Florida when he promised that Gators' quarterback Tim Tebow would be "going down." Instead, Florida won 45-12, and Hayes stormed off the field without comment.
