Need the Planets opinion!

Here's the background:

Just went grocery shopping. While unloading the cart at my car I noticed, under the little kiddie seat flap a womans wallet. What's the best way I should go about returning this walet. Keep in mind she's pretty cute on her DL picture. And from what I can tell shes single with one child.
