Online Backup\Storage Service Suggestions

As size and importance of my photos has grown it hit me that I really need to take their protection more serious. I am backing up more things but would love another options in the case of a foul up on my part or crash.

I am looking for an online backup service that could make things easy on me. I haven't really dug deep to look for something yet I thought I would drop a line here and see if anyone had suggestions. There seem to be a billion places that do this. I don't know if this is out there but I would love to be able to have a site that monitors a certain folder for external hard drive hooked up on my computer and uploads that information automatically to save me a lot of hassle. A self synchronizing type back up thing.

It would consist of 25k+ photos, a lot of them in RAW and some project files.

Any suggestions?
