Picture of a ghost?

With the digital age that is very easy to create. Photoshop can do wonders. Even before digital design I could do that sort of stuff in a darkroom. Any imperfection in the photo can cause weird effects also, like the strap falling in front of the lens, a reflection of light bouncing from some where, there are many variables.

I want to think there is something else out there, but I am a believe it with my own eyes type.
