Now that everyone has signed off on rebuilding I think he's a good choice, he just needs good coaches to help manage game day. Hopefully in Gailey he has just that. Herm should have began the rebuilding process as soon as he got here, but he took the strategy of trying to win while tweaking the system. That playoff game was pointless. I'd rather have not made the playoffs, it was embarrassing. The people that want to fire Herm don't realize that the next coach will bring in his own guys, and the process starts all over again ... Herm is on the right track finally ...
