Im in the same boat as you man. You know, records speak...they are very powerful. kinda like that saying, actions speak louder then words. know what i mean? no matter how herm tries to spin it, that this team is young and its growing and through growth comes losses. i dont buy it! i think its an excuse for herm to coverup for his losing ways...im all for change a breath of fresh air is definately needed bro.
