Not sure on that... I just know the ones in the KC area.

Some of the Sprint affiliates will help, but as KC native said they are micromanaged and a lot of the times the technician in the store can't do much for you.

(Btw, the wife works at one here in KC so I hear all of the venting from her. She works with some morons... including her boss.)
