There are a bunch of guys with great physical tools who were total flops (JaMarcus Russell, Ryan Leaf), just as there are guys with just slightly above average physical tools who were great (Joe Montana, Peyton Manning).
What they have between their ears is a lot more important than having a howitzer for an arm.
I would also think that with a decent QB coach some of Tebow's poor mechanics (bad footwork, slow release) could be improved. You know he would never pull a Grbac move of benching himself because of a sore little finger in a game that wound up eliminating the Chiefs from the playoffs. I'm still pissed at that mother****er for doing that.
