No steak worth having in Topeka. Skip the steak and take everyone to Paisanos for family style Italian. Great family atmosphere, not too loud, but not hush-hush either. Shouldn't have any problem with 20 people with a reservation.

If you insist on steak, IHOP has a steak and eggs deal, and there is always Steak-n-Shake.
