Don't wanna get chewed out by the owner? Then do you're job right.

I would find a real job, instead of working for an asshole. Then I would sue for creating a hostile work environment, which is a violation of the law.

Maybe if you would get enough education to know the difference between "you're" and "your" you might be able to get a better job.
