My Pontiac radio has an antitheft think that whenever power is disconnected, it locks the radio. Normally, I'd just take it to the dealer and they'd reset it, this time they want to charge me $80. Needless to say, screw that. I found some instructions online that tell how to get a 6 digit number off the radio, then you call a 1-800 number and input a 6 digit dealer number, the ones the site listed must not work anymore as they all said invalid number. Anyone have the ability to help me out, ie, work at a GM and know the Delco dealer number, or know of another way to unlock this? There is no way I'm paying $80. I found a website that charges $10 to get the number, I don't want to do that crap either. My 6 digit number is 002009, so I need the unlock number.
