DeVito is a fine signing, as is Fasano. I suspect we will have a deep threat before August. Alex Smith will be a good QB. And he will bring us much closer to the SB than G. Smith will ever take anyone.

You believe in slow steady progress? Why would you not believe in quick immediate progress? Many teams manage that in today's NFL. Why should Chiefs fans be resigned to slow steady progress?
