Geno Smith vs Alex Smith - It's on.
It's on now. Geno Smith is probably going to be starting for the Jets this season.

Alex Smith will be the Chiefs QB for the forseeable future. If he's a success, we'll probably get five good years out of him.

So who's gonna win more NFL games over that time period?

That is MORE with a much better offensive line than Alex Smith had to throw to on Thursday night. No one gives him a break because of his lack of weapons.

Which I might remind you, was Charles, Bowe, and Avery.

He was throwing to Crabtree, Kyle Williams, and Vernon, that's it. But he HAD weapons?

Alex will do it, when he's pinned back to the wall. Otherwise, yeah he's looking for some separation.

Nah, I was talking about Genos pass to Santonio Holmes. it was a go route, the db was step for step with him, he just never looked for the ball. Its just not a throw I have ever seen alex make. It also wasn't the clutch situation that Alex apparently loves.

Alex is on a career pace and if he gets better as he gets better in this offense then he could exceed a lot of peoples expectations. I'd like to see more TD passes but he's on pace for 3,500+ yards. Charles is on pace for 2,000 combined yards too and he's yet to have a real break out game.
