There is no ****ing way I'd ever leave a top 20 college program for an NFL job.

College gigs pay just as well now, you aren't forced by institutional pressures to work 110 hours a week (even though they are almost certainly filled with non-productive hours), and although you have to recruit, much of that can still be delegated. The worst part would be kissing booster ass. Oh, how that would ****ing suck. Still, better than spending 15 hours a day watching film to try and get an advantage that everyone has already pored over 20 times.

This is why It wouldn't surprise me at all to see an nfl guy bolt to Texas.

That job is the exception to the rule. Way too many big money dipshits in that state, and consequently, too many cooks in the kitchen.
