Cooks has been rated as a 2nd round talent this whole time. If anything, his speed and drill work with move him up into late 1st early 2nd round consideration. His issue is that people only view him as a slot WR, and there are about 10 good slot Wrs in this draft class that I know of, and probably more that I haven't seen or heard of.
