I was all in on Cassel + someone other than Sanchez at the top of round 1 over Sanchez + the round 2 pick. I noted issues with Cassel, and I talked about the possibility of him getting shell-shocked early on in that first season, which is what happened.

I'm a Patriots fan who had followed this place a bit, and then started posting after Pioli was hired. I was interested in how other fan bases would be reacting to both him and McDaniels. Because this place can be a lot of fun, and it has some really good threads, I've stuck around. That seems to bother people like Boss Chief, which tells me that it was the right thing to do.

That's some serious revisionism there. You were balls deep with Cassel and that "someone other than Sanchez" ended up being Tyson Jackson, who you also defended tooth and nail.
