I swapped numbers with a chick once during a company party at a bar with specific instructions to call her (she was with a different group). I called twice, no return call. No joke, she spots me 3 years later at another bar, comes over and apologizes for never calling me back. I didn't even recognize her. She said he hooked up with an ex after she left that night and stayed with him for the last 3 years. Unfortunately, I was either really wasted when we had swapped numbers, or she didn't age well because I was like thanks, welp, have a good night.

That is a good point. I even if you don't feel like it is bullet dodged. It was a bullet dodged. I used to think my feelings and ego were reality, but outsiders would always say...oh dude that chick would have been bad for you. They were right. Lots of the game of life is seperating yourself (Not being a pussy) from your feelings and setting yourself up for situations that bring you happy. If you are always chasing slores for your ego and pride you will get one that sucks and will ride the cock carrassel at a t-bones came in my van.

It's a bad cycle of "The one that got away" makes me feel bad that effects my work, that effects my choices, that makes me a pussy...that makes me not find quality snatch....instead of being a man and doing good work, doing stuff for charity, lifting weights, listen to music, feel good without "the one who got away" get quality pussy.

And yes, women get better in bed with age. I'm actually pretty jaded about women in their 20's. I've met too many young-20's women with a drastically inflated sense of self-worth, and too many mid- or late-20s women that are itching to get knocked up.

The concept of self worth is definitely completely foreign to many of them. The fairy tail mentality isn't helping the cause either.

Not too long ago I had a 23 year old tell me she deserved "better" and "more" after no contact for a few weeks. Turned out this was no more than a week after her getting arrested for fighting with a family member, while intoxicated, in public and spending a week in two rivers.

Personally, I blame the massive explosion in the romantic comedy film industry in the last 15 years. Dozens of films all with basically the same plot, with an incredibly handsome and successful guy marrying some girl who is ****ed up or has some kind of issues and oh he looks past it all bla bla bla bla.

Not to mention The Bachelorette.

While true in a general sense, the younger generation can be straight up freaks. If they continue to progress, I hope to god I'm able to land a 40 something when I'm in my 60's.
