And the is a reason I love country life, lmao. That shit would fly around here I'm betting.

Hell my buddy's dog got away the other night and the cop on duty couldn't get him to wake up by beating on his door so he just loaded up the dog and rolled around with it in his front seat all night long.

He shows up at the shop the next morning almost in tears (it was real cold and he's got an old ass English bulldog) and this cop rolls into the lot with the dog slobbering all over his passenger seat eating a tin of Christmas cookies someone had left at the station...

I noticed they have better items than at my local 1$ store.

This is what happens when PC attitude and lawyers run amuck.

I would take the power to spank that kids ass and take whatever the justice system deems fit for me, lol.

We agree on the "system", it ****ng sucks and there are hundreds of failure stories to each success.

It never ceases to amaze that in 2015, there are parents that believe violence towards children is the appropriate action when children misbehave.

Because it works? The threat of getting our asses beat kept us from doing a lot of stupid shit as kids.

I sorry but that's just plain dumb. If your mother or father would have sat down with you, paid attention to you and helped you through the situation with love and understanding, are you saying you'd turn around and do it again?

I would NEVER hit my children. They would never forget, nor would I.

Violence begets violence, not respect.

In all honesty, Dane. This particular situation needs addressed while he's young. This kid had zero respect for adults or society. If all he gets is a slap on the wrist, then we'll be seeing this young kid in the news 8-10 years down the road. If there isn't a bigger consequence than his X-Box taken away, he'll just do it again or worse.

And yes I spanked my kids when they were young. Key word is spank, NOT beat. This young fella obviously lacks proper parenting or he wouldn't have been in the store without supervision in the first place. Taking his ass to McDonalds for a Happy Meal won't resolve this lads problem

I don't think there's much truth that can be gleaned from this video. It could be faked, it could have been coerced from the person taking the video or something else.

IMO, if this child is truly troubled, he should be in therapy. Maybe there's something deeper at the root, maybe he has Asberger's or Autism or any number of diseases or issues.

But physical violence isn't going to solve his issues.

It could be fake. I mean, was there nobody working the store this day?

If your kids end up one day doing shit you are embarrassed by you will be upset for not being firmer with them.

On the other end of it, people to strict wishes they would of talked and gotten to know them better.

It's a hard fine line to balance the middle.
