We beat the Sea Chickens and the Pats

Obviously coming up one game short to make the playoffs stink, no question about it but it does feel good knowing that when we played the Chicks we beat them straight up, with no flukes, smash mouth football. We were and are the better team.

Then playing the pats and making them look so bad that many of the country was questioning whether or not Brady was washed up. I didn't think it was as much him as our team playing to there potential.

With at least 10 picks in the upcoming draft and another year under our belt there isn't any reason we can't go a long way next year including the superbowl.

I know I'll get blasted for making the comments but I know really give a F#@k. Just feels good knowing we were the better team.

milkman you are one of the most negative mother f@@kers I have ever seen post.

I mean really unless its you posting or one of your good buddies you sh@t on almost everything everyone ever says. Please do something else with your life and stop being such an unbelievable douche.

My point is that when we played both we beat them with zero flukes.

When we played to our potential we can beat anyone, that was my ultimate point.

When we play down to our competition we lose.

I get it, but if you are sitting on your arse during the superbowl there is something that makes you feel a little better about your team knowing that you beat them both, and one handily during the season.

And with all of the draft picks we having coming we could do some good stuff next year.

Chiefs might as well be the Dolphins or Brows.

About that much relevance.

Means nothing, but this is only the 15th season out of the 49 (18 teams have done it in those 15 seasons) in the Super Bowl era where a team has beaten both of the Super Bowl teams during the regular season. We are only the 5th team of the 18 that did not make the playoffs in that season.

Thanks superchief , 18 teams in 15 seasons that have done it.

Not that it mean a lot but my post was based on when the chiefs played up to their POTIENTIAL. Not when they played like dog manure.

AND..

We absolutely smoked the Pats, worst loss I have ever seen them take in the brady / Billy era.....

And when we played the hawks it was well played by both teams and we beat them fair in square.

We have the talent, and hopefully get a lot more, but I like where we are going.
