i think this actually explains people who are reeruned or have down syndrome...these are the people living their very, very, very first life, ever. and they can't figure out shit.

you live eight lives and on your ninth you get to go to another planet, where everyone starts out as a super genius...but on that planet, being a super genius is like being reeruned.
