And now we're back to 3700/34/9 being better than 4200/31/10.

I knew this is what you would do instead of actually proving me wrong and showing me a season in which a guy had a great TD:INT ratio and a great QB rating, but wasn't efficent.

I can admit when I'm wrong or make a mistake. You can't. Which is why you want Alex to fail. So you can be right. But he won't this season.

Let me ask you something, why are you acting as if I'm the one looking at one particular detail when I'm looking at the big picture. Im not saying it's just one of either of those things. It's the combination of W/L, statistics, and doing it hurt. You won't even acknowledge the fact that I keep bringing up about him being hurt. How do all those factors put together not make last season his best yet?

If you could admit when you were wrong, this conversation would have ended 30-40 posts ago.

Could you rephrase that, in English please?

Are you saying I'm wrong about something in this conversation?

I'm not the guy making statements and then saying, "that's not what I meant" as a rebuttal.

http://www.bloggingtheboys.com/2015/...y-romos-career

http://espn.go.com/blog/dallas/cowbo...-a-career-year

Opening of the second article:

Tony Romo just completed the most efficient season of his NFL career, passing for 3,705 yards with 34 touchdowns and nine interceptions.

He completed a league-leading 69.9 percent of his passes and led the NFL with a passer rating of 113.2.

OK, so let me make sure I understand - as you have a tendency to type one thing but mean another after the fact.

Romo had the best season of his career, "and it wasn't close" - or he had the most "efficient" season of his career?

Considering you've changed your mind twice, I'm going to assume that to you, best=efficient.

IIRC, in your opinion - QB rating is a great stat to show a QB's efficiency.

So by that logic, Matt Cassel had the best game of his career in a 20 point drubbing at Philly in 2009. Unless QB rating is only a great stat to show a QB's efficiency when it suits your argument.

ProTip: You should probably refrain from saying one thing and then moving the goalposts later, before claiming that an argument you made - and can't seem to keep straight - is over.

Seems they're relying on natural progression and improvement from guys already here, like Kelsey, DAT, perhaps Wilson.

If you be leave and trust your process and coaching staff/development, that's what you've gotta do
Sure and they do a great job at coaching guys up except for the online. The tackles especially the left is the most position on the line and Fisher sucks. Conley is a project and while Maclin is an upgrade that's about it. Better hope Kelce doesn't get hurt or this passing game is ****ed.

What kind of moronic fantasy football addled brain is ignoring the context of yards and TD-INT?

Romo had 435 more yards than Derek Carr but total pass attempts were 164 less.

A ridiculous 43.4% of Romo's passes were for conversions.

Maybe, but he could potentially be an all pro te. Losing that is obviously gonna hurt.

I'd imagine DAT and Wilson make a decently big jump Ala kelce last year

I think DAT is just a gadget player and Wilson is a #3 wr. Maybe Maclin is enough to open things up but a #2 wr would certainly help.
