What's "illegal"? Too dark or front windows?

Out here, it's front windows. It's "supposed" to be clear but I see blacked out windows all the time. Just curious.

In Missouri, the front windows can't be any less than 35%.

Front window can't be tinted. Front side doors has to be 35% The back side doors and back window can go as low as 5%

I recommend Tint smith. 7204 N Oak Trafficway, Gladstone, MO 64118. Just had mine done on 2013 Charger. $180.
