First off, that list has no bearing on Bruce Arians' ability to be a head coach in the NFL.

Secondly, nearly half that list consists of coaches who have been in the Super Bowl, including Marv Levy, Ray Malavasi, Jeff Fisher, Raymond Berry along with some pretty damn good coaches in Don Coryell, Marty Schottenheimer and Ron Meyer.
