It's a publicly funded stadium and will be publicly owned, not privately owned.

The $750 million will come from hotel taxation. Mark Davis is chipping in $500 million, the NFL $300 million and the rest from the group of investors, who will also be responsible for any construction overruns.

Vegas was awarded an NHL franchise and if they build this stadium for the Raiders, the NBA won't be far behind.
