So does anyone have a good working theory on whats up with Kelce' lack of targets 5 games in?
I know that spreading it around to keep defenses from keying on one or two guys has been Smiths MO since arriving in KC, but he leaned heavily on Vernon Davis in Frisco Is Kelce not getting open consistently? Or maybe defenses have just been working hard to take him away? Is it just the ebb and flow of the game, with Smith taking who he sees to be open and it will sort itself out as the season progresses? |
