Titans Pro Bowler Jurrell Casey (sprained foot) returned to practice on Wednesday on a limited basis after missing Sunday's game against the Broncos. Defensive lineman Karl Klug (strained achilles) and linebacker Sean Spence (ankle) did not practice for the Titans on Wednesday. Titans head coach Mike Mularkey said the team will be smart with Casey, who did individual work on Wednesday, Klug and Spence this week.

As for the Chiefs injury report on Wednesday: cornerback Phillip Gaines (knee) and linebacker Derrick Johnson (achilles) did not practice. Defensive lineman Kendall Reyes (wrist), linebacker Tamba Hali (knee) and linebacker Justin Houston (illness) were limited while defensive lineman Rakeem Nunez-Roches (back) was a full practice participant.

Yes, really need him to keep up the good work. Hard to believe that the KC DL is down to one starter.. a guy with back issues at that. Amen for Chris Jones and guys like Nacho that can come in and do a fair (if not great) job in their place.
