Don't get me wrong, I'd eat that much food, but just seems wrong to have all that in a combo. It's like fast food places aren't even attempting to hide the gluttony.

Have you seen a 'regular' burger patty from BK's value menu lately? Simply Red's nipples are larger and meatier. It's practically White Castle at this point.
