Agreed. We have waited so long for the Chiefs to draft a first round quarterback that we are all chomping at the bit to see him start. But the fact is, that Reid is the quarterback expert. He is the one who will be preparing him to be the starter. If that takes one year or 2, it doesn't matter in the long run. They just need to play him when he's ready. Period.
