Does it seem like the Chiefs always get a "players' coach" and then they look like a bunch of pussies? We need a **** you pussies coach who will kick ass and take names and then maybe the team will follow suit.

To be fair, the only coach who isn't like that these days is Belichick, and he can do it because he wins all the Super Bowls. To pull that off you have to win, and Belichick is the guy winning them all so he can do it.

Most of the time the type of coaches who "kick ass" all end up like Mike Singletary or Greg Schiano... they look like idiots. The only one besides Belichick who had any success was Jim Harbaugh and everyone burns out on him in 4 years.

Not really. Other than herm and Romeo, who? Vermeil was known as a softie but he ran a brutal practice. I don't think because players like Reid, that makes him soft on players. Attitude is down the list of things I'm worried about.
