From what I've heard, they wanted to be very thorough, they had to collect information from outside sources, and, if I were to guess, if there was a problem they thought was there, submit the report that would be proportional to any game suspension period. That way, it looks like due diligence, penalty is time served, and it all gets wrapped up in one swing.

I've already posted this form my buddy who is a KU uber fan.....at the time of the accident he had no paper work on who owned the car or where he got it. When the fender bender happened there was no paperwork put in the police report. Maybe it was legit or a booster? Thats the grey area. a couple of days later he "found" the paperwork. Whats the punishment for getting a car to drive?
