Priority 1 is to develop the hell out of Mahomes and this is the first time in Andy Reid's 18 years that his offensive coordinator has no experience coaching QBs. And the guy coaching QBs is young and inexperienced. If they plan to backfill Childress with an experienced QB handler and passing game handler, fine. But if not... ugh, why now to have so little staff experience handling QBs?
