So, who's looking forward to the Thursday night game tonight?

Apparently, only 49ers fans and Raiders fans, and maybe not even all of them.

Tonight’s Raiders-49ers Game Is Statistically The Worst Primetime NFL Matchup In 50 Years

Before the season, one would have thought that the 49ers and Raiders meeting for a Primetime Thursday night matchup would have playoff implications. Instead it has 2019 NFL Draft implications.

A Jimmy Garoppolo ACL tear and a few Oakland trades shipping off their best players later, and the 49ers and Raiders have a combined 2-13 record halfway through the season.

Nonetheless, they will face off tonight in statistically the worst primetime matchup since 1970.

Turns out the scariest thing from Halloween came a day late.

Kind of like an accident you drive by shouldn't look because you might not be able to unsee something but can't help it.

Am I one of the few that thinks watching the Raiders get butt plugged on the national stage is must see TV?

That said, I'll watch it if nothing else is on.

Gruden may just tank this game. He wants that one pick for a QB so he can tell Carr to go screw.

I'm mildly curious to find out what the announcers are going to focus on. Will they be able to fess up that Gruden is pulling a tank job?

But no, I'm not going to be riveted to the screen.

Sure, but it isn't clear that the current 49er team is up to the task.

Since both teams are in the same market, did they manage to sell the game out? Or is the combined fan base insufficient?

I feel like the measure of my fantasy success this season is managing to maneuver having no players in this game across four leagues.

I can understand the Niners with Jimmy G before the season, but who in their right mind wouldve thought a Raiders game would have playoff implications.
