It's a division game between two of the best teams in the AFC, on a neutral field in a different country, at altitude.

The chargers will deal with the same elements. They are traveling to play a neutral site game instead of staying for a home game playing in an environment they're familiar with. No, it doesn't bother me. If we're going to get thrown into an international game this is one I'm perfectly fine with.
