On the open market he'd get a ton from some stupid ass team...he'd end up getting like 80 mill guaranteed.

Look around though, what team?

Who's gonna do that? Most teams have drafted young QBs recently.

Cowboys are in a lose lose situation. Dak, Zeke and Amari are not good enough to carry you to a Superbowl, if you cut one or two of them and keep the others the fans will revolt, Jerry is in the shit.

People compare him to Alex Smith but I think at best he is Alex, but at his worst much, much worse. He is somewhere between the 18-24th best QB in the league but more towards the 24th than 18th. and at best worth 8-12 million a year just because he can start in the league. 30 million is so far beyond my comprehension for that piece of trash. Just crazy.

18-24 is really pushing it, have you seen some of the starting QB's?

I don't think I'm pushing it, based on having to watch the freaking cowgirls so often of prime time and watching him play, that team wins because of their Oline and running game, NOT their QB.

If the cowgirls had our RB's they would be 6-10/7-9 at best. Just the eye test says he is 18-24.

And comparing with Wentz is meh, I don't think he is nearly as good as other think. He had a good season his first season when many compared to Mahomes but his stats ( especially TD's) paled in comparison. Wentz is a 10-12 QB, good but not great by any means.
