Projections from scientists and researchers are all saying that testing is going to be 1000x more widespread and easy to administer months from now. By the time September rolls around, there isn't going to be the brain-scraping nose swab followed by a 2-3 day waiting period.

You keep football production staff away from each other as much as possible. Camera dudes wear masks, etc. Test all football players, coaches, and refs before each game. And play the games without fans.

That is what is being assumed, and it's not just wishful thinking, either. This appears to be what we'll have available to us in the next several months.

The NFL was bullied by people like you to not conduct the draft. They did it anyway, and they cooperated with guidelines. They have months to prepare for the season. It will definitely be a different season, but if you can get the games played and televised, who the hell cares if it's going to look or be different? They are determined to make this shit happen. They probably will.

lol people like me I was all for the draft in the format they chose.

If the season happens it will start late to empty stadiums. And it will be a bad idea anyway. If one player tests positive during a resurgence this fall the whole thing will get scrapped.

People are sick of the quarantine and so am I but everybody is assuming what will happen is what they WANT to happen.

I want the season. I'm just not and have never been optimistic about how this was handled, especially by the mouth breathing carnival barker in charge and if you think he's doing a great job you're a goddam hillbilly chud steadfastly believing what only the lunatic fringe believes, against all evidence and logic.
