Are you in a position of authority?
Did you fire anyone lately? How long have you and your girlfriend been together? Disgruntled ex? This person knows you (duh) and has a beef or it could even just be a loner friend ****ing with you.. Start reflecting on when this started and what happened in that time period. I wouldn't worry about it too much. If someone wants to hurt you they rarely advertise themselves. Block the number and move on.
